📋 工作职责📋 Responsibilities

  • 内容审核：通过管理后台审核所有省份的广告、车辆和企业资料（批准或拒绝）。
  • 质量与真实性：确保发布内容真实、完整，符合发布规则，不含违禁内容或直接联系方式。
  • 及时处理：新提交的内容应尽快审核，避免积压。
  • 协作：发现可疑账户或重复违规时，及时报告网站管理方。
  • Content review: review listings, cars and company profiles from all provinces in the admin panel (approve or reject).
  • Quality and accuracy: make sure published content is genuine, complete and follows the publishing rules — no forbidden content or direct contact details.
  • Timely handling: review new submissions quickly so nothing piles up.
  • Cooperation: report suspicious accounts or repeated violations to the site management.

✅ 任职要求✅ Requirements

  1. 网站管理经验：熟悉网站后台和内容管理系统（CMS），能够审核和整理内容、处理用户事务。
  2. 庞大且活跃的社交网络：在社交媒体上拥有大量人脉和粉丝，包括中国平台（微信、抖音、微博、小红书）以及国际平台（LinkedIn、Facebook、TikTok）。
  3. 网站推广经验：有可验证的网络推广经验，包括搜索引擎优化（SEO）、社交媒体营销和数字广告。
  4. 中国社交平台视频制作经验：能够拍摄、剪辑并发布吸引人的短视频，尤其是抖音、微信视频号和B站。
  5. 熟悉中国市场：了解中国各省的市场和工厂情况。
  6. 语言：精通中文，并掌握英语；会阿拉伯语者优先。
  7. 诚信与保密：公正审核，对用户资料和平台内部信息严格保密。
  1. Website administration experience: comfortable with admin panels and content management systems (CMS); able to review and organise content and handle user matters.
  2. A large, active social network: many contacts and followers on Chinese platforms (WeChat, Douyin, Weibo, Xiaohongshu) and international ones (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
  3. Website promotion experience: proven online-marketing experience, including SEO, social-media marketing and digital advertising.
  4. Video production for Chinese social platforms: able to shoot, edit and publish engaging short videos, especially on Douyin, WeChat Channels and Bilibili.
  5. Knowledge of the Chinese market: familiar with markets and factories across China's provinces.
  6. Languages: fluent Chinese and good English; Arabic is a plus.
  7. Honesty and confidentiality: review fairly and keep user data and internal platform information strictly confidential.

🔐 权限范围🔐 Scope of access

  • 可以：审核并批准或拒绝所有省份的广告、车辆和企业资料。
  • 不可以：管理团队成员、侧边广告、安全设置，或删除用户账户 —— 这些仅由网站管理方负责。
  • Can: review and approve or reject listings, cars and company profiles in all provinces.
  • Cannot: manage staff, side ads, security settings, or delete user accounts — these stay with the site management.

管理员的职责仅限于审核所有省份的内容。The Admin role is limited to reviewing content in all provinces.
